Commercial & Public Sector Services & Prices
All pricing is indicative and subject to site assessment, access requirements, waste type, volume, frequency of collection, and compliance controls. Final pricing will be confirmed following a site review or service agreement. Treatment rates may vary depending on market conditions, material composition, and regulatory requirements. VRC Logistics CIC reserves the right to adjust pricing in line with operational, safety, and compliance obligations.
Commercial Organisations
VRC supports businesses of all sizes including retailers, offices, education providers, healthcare facilities, industrial estates, and multi-site operators. Our flexible service model allows organisations to scale collections as volumes change, while maintaining full compliance, traceability, and environmental assurance.
Public Sector & High-Risk Environments
We specialise in environments where safety, governance, and accountability standards are higher — including prisons, councils, transport facilities, and public infrastructure. Services are structured around enhanced security protocols, audited documentation, controlled storage, and regulatory reporting to support inspections, audits, and public accountability.
Pricing Example
If VRC collects 10kg of vape waste from your site:
• Treatment Charge = 10kg × agreed per-kg treatment rate
• Collection Charge = fixed rate based on site location and access
This ensures transparent, fair pricing aligned with actual volumes handled.
How Our Vape Recovery & Compliance Process Works
1. Secure Collection & Recording
Used vapes and clearomisers are collected into approved fire-safe containers. Volumes are logged and documented to maintain full traceability and audit readiness.
2. Safe Handling & Segregation
Items are managed in accordance with lithium battery safety protocols, with damaged or high-risk units isolated to minimise fire and contamination risks.
3. Licensed Transport & Chain of Custody
Waste is transported by licensed carriers under full waste transfer documentation, maintaining an auditable chain of custody from collection to treatment.
4. Accredited Treatment & Material Recovery
All waste is delivered to approved AATF treatment partners where compliant processing, material recovery, and recycling are completed in line with WEEE regulations.
5. Compliance Reporting & Assurance
Clients receive waste transfer records, compliance documentation, and environmental reporting to support regulatory obligations and internal governance.
